When i ask to refresh any or all of the accounts it comes back and says don't add to quicken. Until i got a new laptop, installed quicken classic r56.9 and moved my file over. I was so happy when navy federal credit union (nfcu) started using express web connect! That day has evidently arrived. I have been having these same issues trying to update my nfcu accounts for months. Or, is it some kind of forced disconnect because nfcu thinks somebody's done something bad with my account (i.e., someone's trying to hack into it)? I followed the instructions carefully, but.
